An analysis of the economic impacts and financing of the proposed coal-fired power plant in Early County. (In December 2004, Early County and the Early County Industrial Development Authority entered into an agreement with Longleaf Energy Associates (LEA) whereby the Development Authority and County will provide a series of tax benefits and financing support for construction of a coal fired plant along the banks of the Chattahoochee River.) -
